Designing and building (often in record time) interesting and creative software that is robust, high performing and easy to monitor, debug and maintain.

My ideal role would be an interesting creative challenge involving ChatGPT, linux or unix, python and some or all of (films, music, photos, investments).

When involved in a project at the early design stage I've sometimes been able to shave many months or years off development times, and sometimes been able to speed up software performance up to 40 times.
