Plot:  While he studied at the university, Andrew Patterson, a successful professor, was initiated to the order of 'The Brotherhood of the Bell', a secret society, very selective in the choice of its members, who all occupy high positions. Now the 'fraternity' has a job for him, but one that Andrew will not do. The price to pay will be very high for him...
Rotten Tomatoes:   Glenn Ford plays a man who joins a mysterious fraternity, "The Brotherhood of the Bell", while in college. Upon attaining wealth and prominence, Ford discovers that the Brotherhood has been keeping tabs on him, and expects certain favors from him in the private sector. It dawns on Ford that the Bell is a sinister, subversive organization bent on world domination. When he tries to bring this to the attention of the public on a TV program hosted by a "gonzo" talkshow star (William Conrad), he is mocked and humiliated. Realizing that the Brotherhood of the Bell is too big and powerful to be defeated by conventional methods, Ford attempts to take on the organization in his own way. The Brotherhood of the Bell was previously presented as a "live" hourlong television drama in the 1950s.

Plot:  A "Sixties Generation" comedy about an offbeat father-son relationship. Dad runs a Las Vegas hotel-casino and his son is a college student with a different set of moral and ethical standards. When they meet in Vegas, they immediately clash in their efforts to understand one another.
Rotten Tomatoes:   A.C. Smith (David Janssen) is a Las Vegas casino operator whose son visits during his summer vacation from Princeton. Pappy approves of and pays for a showgirl to teach his son an extracurricular lesson in erotica. Molly (Brenda Vaccaro) is A.C.'s worldly secretary who watches the office, and Don Rickles has a small role as a crooked blackjack dealer who is caught with his fingers in the pie. Andy catches on quickly and acquires two-thirds of the controlling interest in the casino. Plot:  Stanley Waltz (Jackie Gleason) is seeking forgiveness in Lourdes, France, after a good deed had backfired at him, regarding a poem "How do I love thee?".
Rotten Tomatoes:   This uneven, sentimental comedy finds a son trying to bridge the generation gap with his father. Stanley (Jackie Gleason) is the cynical and atheistic furniture mover married to the born again Elsie (Maureen O'Hara). Their son Tom (Rick Lenz) is the college philosophy professor who tries to understand his father. The parents take a trip to France for Stanley's health, and the concerned Tom soon follows. Stanley tries to have an affair with the bohemian artist Lena (Shelley Winters), but the two never get the chance. She leaves him with a poem he believes she wrote for him. Tom turns the poem in to a contest committee and Stanley wins the $10,000 prize. The poem turns out to be an Elizabeth Browning original, and Tom is passed up for a much deserved promotion. Stanley goes to church and prays for Tom to get the promotion. He is upset when the professor who gets the promotion over his son dies, but Tom assures him the man expired before he enter the church and asked for divine intervention. Tom ends up marrying on of his beautiful students (Rosemary Forsythe) in this story from the Peter DeVries novel "Let Me Count The Ways."

He and fellow employee Pamela (Rosemary Forsyth) plan to marry once the ink dries on the decree. A Central Park picnic with Pamela finds Fred suffering a bee string on his chin, which he covers with a bandage, but Fred's bandaged chin causes concern for the bank vice president, who expresses his dissatisfaction. Fred then goes on a three-week vacation, and during that time he grows a beard because the bee sting makes it difficult to shave. He returns to work, and when he refuses to shave, he is branded a rebel and a symbolic hero in the worker struggle against management. The unhappy Pamela recruits her two brothers to capture Fred and shave his beard, leading to a slapstick chase with Fred clad only in his underwear.
